In 2002, our range of services was greatly expanded when the DHV Group of the Netherlands, one of Europe’s largest engineering and consultancy firms, acquired a significant ownership position in Delcan. DHV’s expertise in engineering and technology, water resource management, high-speed rail, tunneling, airports and manufacturing facilities, complements Delcan’s already impressive skill set. The result is a new partnership that better enables both firms to respond to greater challenges around the world, and to offer an even broader range of value-added services to our clients.

In order to provide the comprehensive range of services required for many of our assignments, Delcan counts heavily on specialized skills and other resources from outside organizations and individuals. Through alliances, partnering, joint ventures, subcontractual or other arrangements, Delcan brings together, manages or otherwise participates in dedicated, result-oriented teams.
